What kinds of projects are the best fit?+
Projects with a clear business outcome and meaningful technical complexity: a new SaaS product, a useful AI feature, an important workflow automation, a connected operations platform, or a prototype that fails under real use.
What does an engagement cost?+
A 30-minute fit call is free and includes no custom report. A Technical Blueprint is $2,500 fixed. Focused builds start at $5K. The exact investment depends on the workflow, technical risk, integrations, data, and timeline.
Can you work with an existing product or codebase?+
Yes. I can inspect the current system, identify the highest-risk constraints, keep the parts that still make sense, and recommend targeted fixes. A rewrite is not the default.
Do you build complete products or only AI features?+
Both. I can build a complete product or take responsibility for one focused AI, backend, integration, or reliability problem inside an existing product.
How will I see progress?+
You see working releases at agreed milestones, plus short written updates that record decisions, risks, and the next piece of work.
What should I send before a call?+
Share the business goal, intended users, current process or prototype, important integrations, target timeline, and the cost of leaving the problem unsolved. A rough brief is enough to start.
